Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed and delivered to the shipping company within 24-96 hours after confirmation of payment and depending on peak seasons.

For shipments outside the Italian or European borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs import charges shall be payable by the recipient.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

All returns must be made, no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, by sending an e-mail to info@myanami.it or filling out the form by accessing your private area.

The cost of the return in Italy is €6 and is charged to the customer, it is free of charge for all orders over €100.

Service costs for returns from abroad shall be on the customer.

Please contact us at info@myanami.it explaining the reason for the return and your order number.
We will send you the coordinates necessary for the return and, once the order arrives at our warehouse, we will start the refund procedure.

If you need to change size or article, the cost of the service is borne by the customer.

As soon as we receive the parcel containing the article to be exchanged, we will send the new order.

REFUND POLICY

The refund will be made within 30 working days of receipt of the return and the amount, less any shipping costs, will be credited back to you using the same payment method.

CUSTOMER AREA

You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, without an account you will not be able to monitor the status of the order or its return. We recommend that you create an account in order to access your order history and personal information.
